Purium Review: CBD+

This page is my review of Purium and its CBD+ Oils. Purium products are sold through Brand Partners and Influencers. 

Brand Partners are active Ambassadors, they purchase a launch pack, and need to purchase at least one item a month to qualify for commissions.   

Influencers are people that have 10,000 or more followers on any social media account and enroll for the Purium Influencer Program. They are not required to purchase a launch kit, and they are not required to buy a product to earn commissions. However, they are only paid on the purchases of the people they have referred. Influencers receive 20% on all sales for the life of the customer. They do not qualify for bonuses, overrides, and match pay like Brand Partners. If at any time they wish to participate in that part of the Purium Compensation Plan, they need to purchase at least one product during that calendar month. 

Although Purium has some of the qualities of a network marketing company, they are more of a buyers club. Most customers find their way to Purium because someone gave them a $50 gift card. Customers can receive a 25% discount on subsequent orders if they place a Smart order, which is essentially a monthly auto-ship.

Purium Review: Company History

CBD+ is the latest product from Purium and my reason for writing this Purium CBD review. Purium’s mission, as published on its website, is to clean up the world’s food supply. They were founded in 1993 by David Sandoval and Any Venner-Hamdi, headquartered in Long Beach, California, and currently have over 100 employees.

Their products are certified organic and kosher products and reportedly generates more than $45.4 million in global revenue each year.

The Company began experiencing exceptional growth seven years ago after they brought on David Litt as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Litt is credited with launching the gift card program, which has resulted in Purium being listed on Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 Fastest growing companies four years in a row.
