The Sad Truth

Kiyosaki describes four quadrants. On the left are employees and the self-employed. On the right are the two that 5% of the population have used to accumulate 95% of the wealth. They are business owners and investors.
- Employee (E) – Otherwise known as a job
- Self-Employed (S) – Small business owners or self-employed (Doctors, and lawyers)
- Business Owner (B) – Big businesses (500 and more employees). These are businesses that are selling products and predefined services.
- Investor (I) – People like Warren Buffett
The key is to move into the business or investor quadrants on the right where you enjoy the residual income. Like a musician that writes a song once and earns royalties the rest of their life or a big business that operates whether you show up or not, you need a residual income.
Investor or Business Owner
Two of the four quadrants hold 95% of the wealth in America. Those two are business owners and investors. But one is much easier to accomplish than the other.
Two ways to create $70,00 a year in residual income?
a) You save one million dollars and invest it with a 7% return generating $70,000 a year ($5,833 monthly).
OR
b) You start a part-time business and that after a couple of years pays you $5,833 a month ($70,000 annually).
Of the two ways, “b” is much easier for most people. For most people, it would take decades to save a million dollars. Starting a business that generates the same income is routinely achieved in 12 to 36 months.
To put it another way, creating the same income a millionaire enjoys by starting your own business is much easier, and more likely, than it is to save a million dollars.
I call this being a virtual millionaire. You have the same income and all the benefits without the money in the bank.
Can I do this?
If you knew for sure, you could start a business and create a residual income, you would do it. What stops most people from taking action is they don’t think they can.

Why Network Marketing
